We've crossed into "women of a certain age" territory. Scholastic Inc. is releasing a graphic novel edition of The Baby-Sitters Club #1: Kristy's Great Idea.

The Baby-Sitters Club. In funny-book form. Think about that for a moment, Pop.

The targeted market is not just tween girls, but (say it with me) women of a certain age who grew up with the series and grew up to become big Alan Moore geeks as adults. The release of the graphic novel also coincides with the twentith anniversary of the series launch.

Holy crap, I feel old.
